摘要：
Anesthesia for adults with CHD has many challenging physiologic considerations. Collaborative relationships of a multidisciplinary team including cardiology, cardiac surgery, anesthesiology, and intensive care are essential to ensure positive outcomes in this population for noncardiac and cardiac surgery.
