摘要
In this paper, the influence of operating conditions used in the hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate bleaching of hemp on the yield, KMnO4 number and viscosity of the resulting pulp is considered. The results obtained from this experiment show that hydrogen peroxide charge is more influential than the time in order to obtain high viscosity of bleached pulp. Medium hydrogen peroxide charge (3%) and low to medium reaction time (60 to 120 min) are recommended in the bleaching of pulp from hemp stalks. On the other hand, the viscosity is essentially unchangeable with the increase of the sodium perborate charge and reaction time in sodium perborate bleaching. Medium sodium perborate charge and high hydrogen peroxide charge (3% and 2% respectively) and low to medium reaction time(60 similar to 120min) are desired in mixed bleaching of hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate.
