Two-dimensional impurity bound magnetic excitons in a spatially separated electron-hole system

摘要
The interaction of two-dimensional magnetic excitons with charged impurities in a system with spatially separated electron-hole layers is considered in the strong magnetic field limit. The energies of the lowest bound states are calculated for different projections of the total angular momentum M. The ground state of the impurity bound magnetic exciton in such a system depends on the interlayer separation. With increasing the interlayer separation the ground state changes from the M = 1 state to states corresponding to a higher momentum. (C) 1997 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
