摘要
Analyzed the current UTC system's framework and the method that an effective traffic flow control system been built. Researched the WSN's architecture and its merits of self configuration and good adaptability. Based on the embedding of the WSN technology, an economical, easy to expand, autonomic in the districts and optimized in the whole, adaptive, close looped UTC system is designed. And the detail hardware frame of the nodes and software composing in each device are given. The new researches about the arithmetic of the communication and scheduler are proposed, and it's proved that they are easily embedded into the new UTC system.
