摘要：
This paper describes an innovative algorithm and computer system which uses two complementary decision making technologies to calculate material requirements in a modem semiconductor manufacturing environment. By adopting and integrating the best elements from the two technologies, this new MRP system is able to deliver quality results while finish the run in a limited time window. It has been used at IBM for several years.
