摘要：
This paper summarizes the best practices in corporate management, law and integration management based on merger and acquisition transactions. The analysis of modern integration policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the perspective of expanding economic ties with Europe has been carried out. A retrospective and contemporary assessment of integration processes in the most attractive sectors of Kazalchstani economy has been given. The recommendations on the formation of process-oriented concept of the company's growth based on merger and acquisition transactions have been developed.
