摘要：

The present work is devoted to the study of the solution of the boundary problem for a three-dimensional equation of a mixed type with nonlocal boundary conditions. In the upper half-space this is an equation of elliptic type, or the Laplace equation, and in the lower hyperbolic type. Necessary conditions are derived both in elliptic and in hyperbolic cases.
