摘要
A relativity theory is suggested based on rotational group SO(3, C) 1:1 isomorphic to the Lorentz group of SR. The world model of Rotational Relativity (RR) is symmetric in space and time dimensions (6 dimensions altogether, time is assumed a vector) but among kinematic effects all those of SR are found. The RR theory is demonstrated to easily handle with non-inertial frames of reference.
