摘要：
Tetrahydrobenz[cd]indole derivatives (51-54) were synthesized from 4-iodo-3-(2'-nitroethyl)indole (10) via palladium-catalysed coupling with acetylenes followed by a thiol addition, an oxidation and an intramolecular Michael-addition.
