摘要
The development of the high new science and technology businesses constitutes a pillar of the social economic growth, the competition of high new science and technology businesses is the competition of a knowledge worker. This text discussed the characteristics of an employee of high new science and technology business enterprise knowledge, putting forward a knowledge worker strategy of management; manage to have the importance leading meaning to high new science and technology business enterprise human resource.
