摘要：
The paper focuses on examining the moderating effect of environment dynamism on the relationship of interlocking directorates and the firm's output. The results indicate that in a highly dynamic environment the output of the firms in the center of the social networks constituted by interlocking directorates would be negatively affected. Such a study should shed light on our understanding of Chinese firm's interlocking directorate strategy on firms' performance.
