摘要
In order to meet the needs of 5G millimeter wave communication, a 64-cell millimeter wave phased array antenna is integrated with antenna array, feed network, power network and wave control network in a multi-function antenna board. The transceiver channel is integrated with multi-function transceiver chip, which simplifies the topology of the transceiver link of phased array antenna. The size of the phased array antenna is 130mm x 80mm x 45mm, which can meet the requirements of light weight and modularization. The tested millimeter wave phased array antenna has a range of +/- 45 degrees,and the emission of EIRP is greater than 51dBm. The cross-polarization performance is better than 30dBc. The 64-cell millimeter wave phased array antenna can meet the needs of 5G millimeter wave communication.
