摘要
The recently developed DIMUTA system (Digital Inspection Method for Ultrasonic Testing Application) enables the digitalization of conventional ultrasonic testing processes of large gas turbine casings. It is characterized by a digitalized ultrasonic testing method combined with an optical position measuring system. For successful industrial application, the qualification of the developed system is a crucial factor. This article addresses the qualification procedure of the digitalized ultrasonic testing process chain by focusing on the optical position measurement. Design of Experiments (DoE) has been applied for determining the measurement uncertainty and evaluating the conformity with the required tolerance.
