摘要
This article discusses the results of a research carried out with undergraduates in Biological Sciences of a state university of Bahia that carried out the Supervised Internship in classes of Youth and Adult Education (EJA). Comprising that this modality of teaching is not normally contemplated in teacher training courses, our objective was to analyze the conceptions of the graduates on the Internship in the EJA as a way of eliciting discussions about the importance of the experience with this modality in the formation initial and highlight some potentialities and challenges regarding the internship / teaching in the EJA. We conducted interviews with five graduates of the course and analyzed based on Discursive Textual Analysis. The results show that, although the teachers in initial formation appreciated the experience of internships in the EJA, they faced a series of difficulties due to the specificities of this modality, such as the lack of subsidies to prepare the classes, problems of identification with the public and lack of systematic discussions during graduation about what it means to be an EJA teacher Thus, we point out the need to break with this invisibility about the training and teaching processes for the EJA, seeking teacher training that enables even greater approximation of the graduates with the reality of public schools in our country.
