摘要：
Taking the annual report of computer industry as research samples in 2012, this paper analyzed its R&D ability and driving factors with empirical study. The results showed that the main driving factors of the computer industry are funds and personnel input, innovation and operations and conversion efficiency. Moreover, the overall R&D ability of the related companies is not strong at this stage and remains to be further improved.
