摘要
With the development of science and technology, lifelong learning and national education become the new education development direction. Ubiquitous learning is pervasive computing applications in the field of education and developed a kind of new education model, the design and development of learning resources have become an important support in ubiquitous learning. In this paper, based on the analysis of the ubiquitous learning theory, it proposes the construction strategy in ubiquitous learning resources, expounds the ubiquitous learning resources design and development process, and through the construction of applications on mobile devices in ubiquitous learning resource instances to provide reference for the construction of learning resources for later examples.
