摘要：
The aim of the paper is to analyse the labour market reforms in Spain since the onset of the crisis. This concerns in particular the 2010 and 2012 reforms. It focuses on the direction of reforms and their effects on the development of labour market indicators. It concludes that the element of uncertainty in labour relations on the part of employees is strengthened, as a direct result of the 2012 reform. And, finally, it evaluates reforms and highlights the need to introduce the new structural reforms.
