Utilization of the tool AVIP integrated to Moodle.

摘要
The University of Leon (ULE) has the possibility of using the AVIP tool. Designed by the UNED, this tool is integrated within the Moodle platform, a tool used as an institutional and external Virtual Classroom of this university. In the last academic years there have been different kinds of experiences: Using AVIP tool for teaching assignments, specifically for the development of expert seminars; Performing group tutorial sessions (teacher-pupil); A pilot experience about the defence of certain projects with the aim of testing its usefulness in the future in the defence of PhD final work and / or the work order degree. After the experiences, different satisfaction surveys have been proposed to obtain the views of the participants about the following aspects: (1) To analyze the technical aspects, which are right and which can be improved, proposing a solution. It was concluded that quality technical means are required: headphones with integrated microphone, portable microphone, external speakers and a laptop or tablet with digital screen. (2) To know this tool's adequacy according to its use, so it could be established under what circumstances it can be recommended. Among the obtained conclusions it has been found that it can be used to the experts' participations in exceptional sessions, with less duration than the conventional ones. (3) To know the acceptance among the different participants (students, teacher, lecturer, members of the collegiate tribunal...). It was concluded that it is a well-accepted tool among the participants in the different experiences due to the save of time it implies in contrast to the displacements, but in any case it has more didactic quality than face-to-face classes.
