摘要:
Metal wire has excellent and permanent conductivity among all the conductive fibers. It also doesn't affect by the environmental humidity. Defects of woven or knitted fabrics made from metal fiber in that way of blending spun yarn or blended fabric were that color of fabrics would be affected by metal fiber or wire. If the metal fiber contacts the human skin will make people uncomfortable. In order to improving the defects Mentioned above, we adopted the general staple roving to cover the stainless steel and copper wire, these two types of metal wire and let it formed in the core of yarn. The complex core spun yarn was fabricated into double jersey knitted fabrics. The fabrics were with good anti-electrostatics and longwearing properties. In this study, we measured the tenacity, surface and volume resistivity, electrostatic half-life and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) of the various types of fabrics.
