摘要：

The main point of this research is to provide a new thought to Chinese research on teaching P.E. and health education. Using the methods of literature and so on to analysis developing students healthy lifestyle in America P.E. Main conclusions: Healthy lifestyle is an important means to prevent chronic diseases; Developing a healthy lifestyle should begin from school. P.E. and health education play an important role in students healthy lifestyle; Physical exercise and nutrition are two of basics of health, and they are entry point; American P.E. focus on health lifestyle training, building fitness pyramid and dietary activities pyramid, focusing on fitness concepts, these can provide a reference to our school physical education and health education to develop students a healthy lifestyle.
