摘要
saline soil is a kind of soil with high salinity. Restoration of saline soil is nowadays a hotspot of study. We studied the biological and enzymatic properties of soil seriously salinized (salinity approximately 2.8%) from March, 2007 to August, 2008 irrigated with papermaking effluent. The effect of the treatment on the soil chemical properties, soil microbial biomass and the activities of four kinds of enzymes (dehydrogenase, beta-glucosidase, urease and phosphatase) were determined. After one and a half years irrigation, the amount of bacteria and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) increased more significantly, reached up to 111.1%, and 109.2%, while that of epiphyte, actinomycete and soil respiration intensity increased by 42.0%, 10.4% and 45.9%, respectively. Enzymatic activities (EAs) also increased compared with control soils, even in summer season.
