Understand the physical training in cardiac rehabilitation. An education attractive for the patient as for the therapists

摘要
Objective. - In recent years, therapeutic education has become a central element in the care of patients during cardiac rehabilitation. In the field of physical activity, it's poorly structured and deployed. In order to create a reflection on this field popular and complete rehabilitative care the aim is to create an education module on reentrainment. Methods. - In order to create sessions that meet the needs and expectations of patients and caregivers, 22 exploratory interviews were carried out and analyzed. In the tradition of tools used in therapeutic education, this protocol decenters learning in particular by role playing to lead patients to become actors of their rehabilitations. Currently 72 patients have completed this module open to all pathology. Result. - At the end of four sessions, questionnaires practice intentions and satisfaction have been made. Eighty-nine of patients reported that the protocol change their behavior outside the center in terms of physical activity. Conclusion. - Beyond practical intentions on physical activity, this article aims to be a great help to all carers wishing to develop an approach to education in physical activity.
