摘要
In this paper ammonia pretreatment of rice straw waste residue from preparation department of pulping was investigated. The changes in morphology structure of the treated cellulose fiber were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy,..X-ray diffraction and FTIR spectra. The changes in chemical components of the fibers were also discussed. The results indicate that ammonia pretreatment has strong effects on chemical composition of lignocellulosic biomass. After pretreatment, the lignin and hemicellulose of rice straw waste residue was decreased and cellulose crystalline index was increased slightly. But rice straw waste residue after ammonia pretreatment is easier to be hydrolyzed by enzyme than original lignocellulosic biomass. It was because ammonia can remove a large of lignin and hemicellulose in the short time. So ammonia pretreatment was an effective method of enzyme rice straw waste residue.
