摘要
As Competitive Intelligence (CI) and Knowledge Management (KM) have become important management issues for decisions makers, the contemporary environment requires the CI staff must broaden their ways of collecting, storing, analyzing information to meet the need of business leaders for competitive intelligence. With their unique training and skills, business anthropologists are able to help CI staff for the best solution in their ways of conducting CI programs. This paper will discuss the implementations of anthropology in competitive intelligence and knowledge management.
