摘要
This paper discuss the usability evaluation of a Virtual Museum Environment (VME) for the Terengganu State Museum, Malaysia. The model applied in this research is based on User-Centred Design (UCD) involving many users at every stage of the VME system development. User testing was performed using an online questionnaire with a total of 52 respondents. The VME usability evaluation measured three factors including navigation, manipulation, and system control. The three usability elements tested in this study were ease of use, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Overall, each element achieved a mean score over the scale of 4.00 out of 5.00, indicating that the VME prototype has a high usability.
