摘要：

In. our economic system, the reform and transition of the real estate industry is late, but it has developed rapidly. It is well known that real estate is the basis and conditions for the development of towns. It is an industry that is a big investment; the long cycle, and high-risk industries, and therefore it requires real estate enterprises rational investment choices. Real estate investment game is a limited rational game. Through analysis of the real estate investment game we can be seen that real estate enterprises choose investment options rationally. The project after the investment will be accepted by user, so that the structure of real estate enterprises and users can be optimized.
