摘要
To reduce rotor loss, a high speed permanent magnet machine with composite rotor for the flywheel energy storage system is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the equivalent analysis method based on the composite rotor structure is implemented. Then, the influence of key structure parameters of proposed machine is studied on the main drive performance. After that, a full comparison of main drive indexes between the composite rotor structure and traditional one is made in details. Finally, the physical properties of composite magnetic fiber material are given by Whitney-Riley independent model method, and the strength of the rotor is also fully analyzed.
