This study seeks to reveal the achievement of skills generated in the medical student of the Universidad del Magdalena with the use of learning tools such as Human Simulators, in the self-construction of knowledge and development of skills, dexterity and the reach of generic or indispensable competences for training of critical doctors, who make decisions with the least degree of error in their professional practice.
