摘要
The present research contributes to the development of knowledge management and organizational behavior literature by merging them. The study sample comprised of 439 IT professionals from software houses of twin cities of Pakistan i.e., Islamabad and Rawalpindi. With the help of structural equation modelling (SEM) path analysis was done using AMOS 18 software to test the path among the variables. Results highlighted significant associations between (a) procedural justice and pay satisfaction, (b) pay satisfaction and affective, normative and continuance commitment, and (c) affective and normative commitment on knowledge sharing behavior. Results revealed a significant path from procedural justice to knowledge sharing behavior. In the end of the paper the limitations, managerial and practical implications of the findings are highlighted.
