Genetic differentiation of oak (Quercus robur) in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany

摘要
For two generations (stands and seedlings from 1995) of a total of 15 oak populations in Nordrhein-Westfalen (n = 2329), the genetic differentiation at seven enzyme marker gene loci was measured. The average genetic differentiation between the samples, with values about 8 % (old stands) and 15 % (seedlings), is high, these values are two times higher than those of beech in Nordrhein-Westfalen (delta = 5 %, seedlings samples, TUROK, 1996). The genetic differences within various collectives are about three rimes higher, with values about 35 %, and similar to beech (25 % to 38 %). It was not possible to find genetic differentiation along ecological gradients or among ecological groups (growth regions, provenance regions).
