Improving the Employment Competitiveness of the Graduate Students Majoring in Physical Education: A Case Study

Based on the demand of social development of sports talents, this paper analyzed the causes of deficiency of the graduate students in the employment orientation, research ability, practice ability, and social adaptation. It analyzed problems of Jiangxi College of Physical Education and Training graduate students in employment positioning, research ability, practical ability, and social ability to adapt. It proposed the countermeasures to improve graduates' employment competitiveness, which includes accumulating practical experience with the guidance of social demands; emphasizing on the development of professional subject ability and the improvement of overall quality; reforming the development mode of graduates in response to the employers' supply and demand changes; creating healthy psychological quality and enhancing the ability to resist setback.
