The current globalization financial crisis causes originally on the intense employment market became more and more difficult, the sports undergraduate students how strengthen their employment ability through the embark education, employed labor on the market in the society reasonable to locate oneself was the key solves this problem. Without doubt, from the aspect how labor market meet the sports talented person's demand, the sports undergraduate students only transform their original traditional idea for the employment market, knows oneself clearly to society's function, thus the better solution sports undergraduate students' employment question, makes the contribution for our country comprehensive construction well-off society which should have.
