摘要：
This paper uses provincial panel data of Hunan to investigate the relationship between FDI and domestic investment and make a comprehensive and systematic study of the impact of foreign direct investment on domestic investment in the region. Results show that: For the central region and Hunan province, FDI has caused the crowding-in effect on the domestic investment.However, due to the Hunan provinc, such as economic management level differences, leading to FDI on domestic investment to crowd-in effect level of Hunan provinc(3. 51) lower than the levek of the central region(4.088).
