Analysis and evaluation of organizational integration degree in product innovation

摘要
Organizational integration is an important basis for fast product innovation. However, a general quantitative model for evaluating the degree of organizational integration is difficult to construct, because the interrelationship is quite complex among elements of an organizational system. First the article explores the meaning of "degree of organizational integration", and then it goes on to discuss the need for evaluation. The fuzzy integral approach is proposed to evaluate the degree of organizational integration and a numerical example is used to demonstrate the applicability of the approach.
