摘要
There are plenty of empirical researches testifying association between intellectual capital, along with its components, and performance, but the conclusions were contradiction, and most researches are not focus on innovative industries, like cultural sector. This paper, with samples in Chinese cultural industry, attempted to reveal the mediating effects of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) between intellectual capital and performance, in order to introduce organizational culture as a transition or bridge between intellectual capital and performance. The purpose of this research is to direct Chinese cultural firms to successfully transfer strategic resources as intellectual capital into competitive advantages and performance, with the suitable entrepreneurial orientation.
