摘要
The impacts of COVID-19 on women's reproductive health issues, and on their rights in this matter, have received little public attention since the beginning of the pandemic. Yet the provision of care, its accessibility or the implementation of new clinical protocols are all aspects that may have been modified due to COVID-19. These modifications may, to varying degrees, violate women's reproductive health rights. Offering a perspective that sits at the confluence of law, public health and social sciences, this article explores the issues and challenges posed by the pandemic in terms of women's reproductive health rights.
