摘要：
Since the opening up and reform, the development of physical education in schools in our country has experienced three historical stages: a period of physical education viewpoint on "fitness theory" a period of physical education viewpoint on "Health First theory", a period of physical education viewpoint on"Scientific development". Through systematic analysis of the Outlook on sports development in the 30 years,the Present Paper explored the characteristics, laws and enlightenment in the evolution of the outlook in China's sports development.
