摘要：
The wage level in Romanian economy must reflect the place and role of economy branches in generating, allocation and GDP consumption. In the same time the wage level must increase the vocational training, labor force mobility and not least the motivation for labor performance. The aim of this paper is to identify and sizing the wage levels and also optimizing the relationship between the fixed and variable part of the wage for achieving the rapid and effective integration into European economic space.
