Effect of production procedure of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (BNR) on accellerated aging of industrial rubber compounds

摘要
Accellerated aging and other properties of rubber compounds based on new Russian paraphinate butadiene acrylonitrile rubber (BNKS) in comparison with sulfonate (SKN) ones have been studied. Multicomponent curing systems providing the best properties of BNKS are under discussion To. obtain rubber compounds and articles of needed quality (cold, oil, high temperature and aging resistance as well as needed service life) under the change of emulsifier in synthesis of BNR one have to adjust the composition of rubber compounds. Processing and mechanical properties, swelling and accellerated aging of compounds developed as applied to inner layers of hoses as well as industrially manufactured hoses meet all the requirements of hose specification.
