摘要
The article aims to describe the directive management with the work stress of teachers since the Covid-19 pandemic at the San Ignacio de Vina del Mar School, Valparaiso Region, Chile. For this, a descriptive and exploratory quantitative approach was used. The participants were 87 educators from the referred institution, taking a census sample for the purpose of the research. The results indicated that teachers do not establish collaborative relationships with their co-workers through connectivity and they need to consider skills and abilities when carrying out educational praxis. The findings found affirm that the school manager does not articulate the necessary resources for the proper functioning of the educational body. The pandemic situation does not have a significant impact on the results of perception of work stress. This can be explained in the effort involved for educators to carry out their pedagogical work.
