In this paper, it is analyzed how electronic commerce development in Spain and Spanish companies' behavior, due to the implementation in its activity of the Information and Communication Technologies, is going to influence on an imbalanced labour market, such as the Spanish one, and which measures can be applied in order to avoid current distortions keep on improving.
