摘要：
This study focuses on the prediction of bankruptcy through the use of bankruptcy models and individual financial ratios. A model for predicting failure sets out to establish a relationship between bankruptcy and a number of financial ratios. These are ratios that can be calculated using information contained in a firm's annual report.
