摘要：
In this paper, the main problems such as unreasonable system, validity difficult to decide, inferior question types design, and implementation errors of college English test generating the negative effects of the exam-oriented education on the teaching are analyzed, and then the targeted suggestions for the improvement of college English test in question types, implementation, teaching, and research are proposed.
