Research on the Application of Experiential Teaching in the Course of Business Administration

Students with practical operation ability and innovative ability are favored by the enterprises, but to cultivate students with strong practical ability, the traditional teaching mode should be changed. Based on the teaching practice, this paper discusses the necessity of the implementation of experiential teaching mode in colleges and universities, the establishment of experiential teaching system, the organization and implementation of experiential teaching and the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation process.
