摘要：
The logistics alliance of equipment manufacturing industry is equipment manufacture enterprise's strategic alliance taking the logistics as the cooperation foundation. The equipment manufacturing industry is the key profession, which China wants to make develop. In the research process of establishing the Logistics alliance, establish the multi-objective decision making model to carry on the choice to the alliance partner, and carry on the detailed elaboration to establish the trust mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry logistics alliance. The logistics alliance may reduce enterprise's logistics cost of equipment manufacturing industry and enhance the enterprise's core competitive power.
