Design of a Digital Artificial Reverberation System Using a Dual All-Pass Filter

摘要
The design and analysis of a digital artificial reverberation system is described. This system is based oil an advanced all-pass filter, called dual all-pass filter (DAPF). By using DAPFs, the overall architecture of the system is simplified and fewer calculation cycles are needed. To analyze this reverberation system. a commercial reverberation system that uses the all-pass filter in all-pass filter (APFinAPF) of the Yamaha Corporation is modeled, and it is compared to (he suggested system. The simulation shows that the suggested system performs fewer Calculations while producing almost the same effect as the Yamaha system.
