New Method for Sinusoidal Signal Phase Measurement

摘要
A new method to measure the sinusoidal signal phase difference using analog adder is described in the paper. This method is to overlap two-way sinusoidal signal into a new way of sinusoidal signal with the adder, and to test RMS of various sinusoidal signals. According to functional relationship between synthetic signal and original signal, the phase difference of original signal can be calculated; then to drive D flip-flop after zero crossing detection of original signal is drived and thus the phase sequence is judged. The method is characterized by simple realization, high accuracy and low requirement upon circuit elements' performance. Moreover, the error arising from other methods will increase with the frequency, while this method's accuracy is basically remain unchanged and the error is still kept within 1% under 100 KHz conditions, therefore it adapts to the measurement conducted under the environment with higher frequency. Finally this method's measurement performance and error source are analyzed.
