摘要：
Based on the SWOT analysis, the paper analyses the feasibility of taking college technology transferring center as patent depository and puts forward the operating mode for patent hosted by college technology transferring center. Besides, in connection with disadvantages of college technology transferring center, some suggestions such as improving the legal environment, establishing industry association and enhancing the level of professionalism of professionals are given.
