摘要
Manufacturing firms are considered in the economy of Kosovo as carriers of economic development. So, the development and increase of their number are considered the key elements of increasing the level of manufacturing sector, increasing exports to the EU and Western Balkan countries, etc. The success of these firms also determines the success of the country economy. In the study, quantitative research design was adopted and the data were collected via an interview form developed by Berisha-Qehaja and Kutllovci (2020). The participants were composed of randomly selected 400 manufacturing firms. The obtained data were analyzed through Multicollinearity Analysis, Pearson Correlation Matrix, Multivariable Regression Analysis and ANOVA test. The results revealed that o achieve success in today's conditions, Kosovo's manufacturing firms must have adequate managerial staff, pay attention to the training of the staff in accordance with new production techniques and methods, motivate the staff to be more effective in the realization of business objectives, to empower the employee staff during the managerial decision-making process, and to pay particular attention to the application of information technology both in the production process and in organizational work. will be a reference point for Kosovo manufacturing sector.
