Local structure of amorphous Ge-Sb-Te alloys: Ge umbrella flip vs. DFT simulations

摘要：
In this paper, we discuss the structure of amorphous Ge2Sb2Te5 derived from X-ray absorption experiments and computer simulations. We demonstrate that despite seeming differences the proposed structures are not in contradiction and refer to the same local structure. (C) 2009 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim
